Returns & Refund Policy

At ArtLoftPrints.shop, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and included hardware must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

  • The item must not be customized beyond the standard options listed on the product page

2. Return Authorization Process

2.1 Request Approval

Before sending any item back, you must contact us to receive authorization.

2.2 Return Instructions

Once approved, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Instructions for properly packaging your return

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package

Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly.

3.1 Situations Covered

  • Damaged products (including frames, prints, or packaging)

  • Incorrect item, size, design, or color

  • Missing parts or mounting hardware

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products (including items with added text or images)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must first complete the return process for the original product. A new order should then be placed separately. Approved returns may be eligible for credit toward your next purchase.

6. Refund Process

6.1 Inspection

Returned items are inspected within approximately 3–5 business days after receipt.

6.2 Refund Timing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Additional processing time of 3–10 business days may be required by your bank or payment provider.
